SPACE2B has evolved thus far, to be a sanctuary for your soul, a solace to deeply connect with yourself and your feelings, and a tranquil healing space for your tired minds and bodies. We are now 6 months old and I hope you’ve been able to come to our space to just ‘be.’
I feel so blessed to have a team of truly dedicated and gifted meditation teachers, sound healing facilitators and wellness practitioners at SPACE2B. These months have been a true test of my compassion, acceptance and evolution. Every day, I’m living my passion by inspiring people to really appreciate who they are. My joy comes from helping strengthen their centre; to expand, to heal, to be vital, awake and aware, in all areas of their lives.
We believe love is a basic need in life. Just as the body needs food to grow, the soul needs love to grow. In the spirit of self-care, whether putting ourselves first (without guilt!), or speaking your truth, or having confidence in manifesting your reality in your highest good, SPACE2B hopes to continue to inspire all of you on your self-love journeys for 2019 with our colourful broad spectrum of meditation classes, sound healing sessions and transformative workshops!
