Since 1992, World Health Organization initiated 10 October annually as World Mental Health Day celebrated around the globe to help raise mental health awareness. SPACE2B is privileged to use our capacity in the service of humanity to offer our curated meditation offerings to address the most common mental wellness areas: anxiety, depression and insomnia.

In our day to day life, we are so much into our minds and intellect. Meditation is practical, increasingly becomes necessary, and beneficial for our health. It helps us relax, and you probably notice that we cannot breath deeply and calm our minds and yet remain tense. In releasing tension, anger, fatigue, and depression, we can become a powerful instrument to bring peace and joy to those around us. This can help to make the world a better place to live, assisting in the manner by directing ourselves to use our inherent talent and skill to pursue our innermost dreams and attain personal fulfilment.

Meditation helps us let go of many outside distractions, allowing the possibility to tune into our subconscious, where we can listen to our innermost thoughts and allow our feelings to speak clearly. Meditation grounds us, while also amplifying our intuitive voice, to let us connect and communicate with our spirit. This enables the possibility to discover our true essence, our divine nature, our deepest yearnings, and free to be simply who we are. Meditation is love. Love always follows meditation, and vice-versa is also true.

Meditation offers us so many precious gifts.... even for as little as a few minutes practice a day can prove to be both powerful and deeply beneficial. So, let’s decide to create some sacred time daily to commune with life, breath, and celebrate our deeper selves. By doing so, our life becomes a meditation: breathing in and breathing out love, truth, inner peace, and fulfilment.
