COVID-19 Update: Mask Ordinance
Effective Date 12:01 a.m. on November 16th
The awaited official Mask Ordinance language came out last night and to say the least OGA is concerned. Not only does it call for retail enforcement, NEW postings, 'reasonable accommodations' and potential shutdowns for non-compliance but it also requires assigned personnel to manage the enforcement. OGA, along with other retail association partners, have been lobbying the Governor's office against the troublesome aspects of this updated order. We will continue to offer alternatives to ODH and the Governor's Office to ease this burden on our members.
