Tuesday, April 3, 2021 (Windsor, CO) – Peter Yu filed paperwork this past Friday to explore a run for United States Senate from Colorado. “The people of Colorado are not being truly represented by people who care about the ENTIRE state. We have such diverse communities that expand further on the I-25 corridor than just Arvada and Colorado Springs. And spread farther on I-70 than Aurora and Vail. My home state is over 104 thousand square miles of urban, rural, farming, ranching, forests, mountain tourism, and so much more. Our current Senators are governing like the only people who matter are from Denver and Boulder,” Yu says. He continues, “We need a Senator who has the best interests of the whole state at heart- those ranchers on the eastern plains; our clean energy producers in Mesa County; our ski/snowboard industries that were hit hard by COVID restrictions. Being a Colorado Native, and being raised outside of the Denver Metro-Area, I know I am that representative.”
The response that the Peter Yu campaign had during his 2018 Congressional Race was nothing short of amazing!
