This month, we highlight several of our projects that go far beyond what a normal property management company does. Millions of dollars are spent every year to maintain the infrastructure, safety, beauty, and property values in the Village. Every dollar we collect is put back into the Village.
Inflation has had an effect on how those dollars are spent, but increasing costs have not reduced our list of responsibilities. Roads still need to be repaved. Storm drains still need to be replaced. Security still needs to patrol and protect. Landscaping still needs to be replanted and maintained. Your drinking water and television still needs to be paid for.
Think about how much your CVE Master Management coupon is. Then think about what it would cost you if you had to pay your own water and television. Those alone would be more than the entire coupon. Yet we stretche funding to provide those, and everything else.
