In addition to an incredible line up of world and North American debuts planned, the 2019 New York International Automobile Show is the perfect venue to present the auto industry's latest changes, upgrades, updates and special editions to the car-buying public. Here are some of the exciting and important previously unannounced vehicles for you to enjoy at the Show:
DODGE CHALLENGER & CHARGER
Dodge is celebrating the men and women of the U.S. armed forces by introducing the Stars & Stripes Edition on select Challenger and Charger models. The all-new package will be on display at the Show for the first time. The package features a unique Satin Black and Silver accent center stripe, Satin Black American Flag fender decals, 20 x 9-inch Mid-gloss Black wheels and Black badging. Inside, Stars & Stripes Edition models feature Gloss Black interior accents, unique Black-on-Black cloth seats with an embroidered Bronze star, Dark Brushed II interior bezels, unique Antique Bronze instrument panel badge and Bronze accent stitching throughout.
Both the updated 2020 Audi R8, and the limited edition R8 V10 Decennium, built in celebration of the model's ten years of powerful V10 engine performance, will make their North American debut at the New York Auto Show. Updates to the 2020 R8 model line deliver a refreshed exterior design and new color options and wheels. Sporty race features continue inside, where the driver-oriented interior features standard Audi virtual cockpit with Sport mode, MMI navigation plus, LED interior lighting and Bang & Olufsen® Sound System with 13 speakers.
The new 2020 Jaguar XE sports sedan, makes its first North American appearance and includes a more aggressive front and rear exterior design, and an enhanced interior environment appointed with the latest technology, soft-touch materials, and new ergonomics
FIAT 124 URBANO EDITION
Making its first appearance, FIAT's new 2019 Fiat 124 Spider Urbana Edition will debut at the New York Auto Show. The Urbana Edition offers another option for Fiat 124 Spider customers to customize their car with dark exterior and interior accents that create a sporty appearance. The roadster comes standard with the proven 1.4-liter MultiAir Turbo four-cylinder engine, the engine's first application in a rear-wheel-drive vehicle. The engine delivers 164 horsepower and 184 lb.-ft. of torque on Abarth and is available with a six-speed manual transmission or a six-speed automatic transmission.
The new, limited-edition, 2020 Land Rover Range Rover Velar SVAutobiography Dynamic Edition will be shown for the first-time in North America. The most powerful Velar ever produced, the new 550HP SVAutobiography Dynamic Edition mid-size premium SUV extends the model's reputation for performance and luxury to new levels with enhanced powertrain and enhanced interior/exterior design. Jaguar Land Rover will also display its most diverse model and powertrain lineup to date; joining the all-new 2020 Range Rover Evoque are the all-electric Jaguar I-PACE, mild hybrid Range Rover Sport, plug-in hybrid Range Rover, as well as a variety of conventionally powered gas and diesel models.
Unleashing the true potential of the Mustang, the 2019 ROUSH Stage 3 will be on display at the New York Auto Show. The Stage 3 starts with Ford's powerful 5.0L V8 engine and adds a ROUSH Phase 1 Supercharger to produce an unprecedented 710 horsepower and 610 lb-ft of torque, which gives the ROUSH Stage 3 more power to handle the competition on or off the track. The available 3-way adjustable coilover suspension system custom tuned by Jack Roush Jr. produces supreme corner-carving ability. To match the ROUSH ultra-high-performance engine, the Stage 3 comes equipped with custom ROUSH-designed wheels wrapped in Continental ExtremeContact™ Sport tires, tested to the limits by championship race car drivers.
As INFINITI continues to celebrate its 30th anniversary during the New York International Auto Show, the automaker honors its heritage as well as its current lineup as it signals the possibilities for design and technology for future vehicles. INFINITI will debut the new 2019 Q50 Signature Edition - which offers the sedan's most popular features combined with unique exterior finishes - as well as the INFINITI Q Inspiration concept. In addition to the 2019 Q50 Signature Edition and the Q Inspiration concept, INFINITI will also display its full model lineup, including the latest SUVs, the INFINITI QX50 and QX80.
AUDI TT RS
With an even more dynamic look, the top of the TT model line - the 2019 TT RS - makes its U.S. debut at the New York Auto Show. Powered by a 5-liter TFSI® engine generates 394 horsepower, 354 lb-ft of torque, the refreshed TT RS Coupe includes redesigned front and rear fascia, enhanced technology offerings and additional packages and trims, providing drivers increased personalization options.
The all-new 2020 Versa offers a new level of refinement with a dramatic design and is loaded with technology and safety features. Technology is a top priority in the all-new Versa, featuring available Nissan Safety Shield 360, a prime example of Nissan Intelligent Mobility that helps provide front, side and rear safety monitoring and intervention technologies. The next generation 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine offers 122 horsepower and a 114 lb-ft of torque paired with the enhanced Xtronic transmission or a 5-speed manual.
