What a weekend!
What a weekend we had for the second running of the Mornington Running Festival, incorporating the Mornington Health & Lifestyle Expo.
In it's first year last year, the event saw just over 400 competitors participate in the Inaugural event. In just 12 months, the event has grown 3 fold, with over 1300 participants participating this year over the 4 race distances! A huge effort, and fantastic to see a boutique local event receiving so much support from the local community as well as the running, triathlon and fitness communities. Thank you for participating and helping make this such a successful event. We trust you enjoyed the weekend festival as much as we did! We have received fantastic support and feed back from the event and we thank everyone who has taken the time to provide this. 2ND MORNINGTON SEA SCOUTS
A BIG thank you goes to the local 2nd Mornington Sea Scouts who assisted in the registration tent both on Saturday and Sunday, along with various other roles over the weekend. The 2nd Mornington Sea Scouts

The Arthurs Seat Challenge is a 6.7km run/walk, held annually since 2002 to promote the profile of the 'Fit to Drive Program' and raise funds to enable the program's continuation.
This local community charity event
is a wonderful annual event, especially for families, schools and sporting groups to come together and raise community awareness about the over representation of young people in road crashes. Overtime, the community, through this combined action has successfully educated young people about safer road use.
