Not sure what office to run for? How about President!
The President chairs the Board of Officers and Administrative Committee meetings and sets agenda for Administrative Committee meetings. Also appoints chairs of the Ad Hoc Committees and acts as chief liaison with Los Angeles City and other government agencies for delivery of Community Impact Statements, California Public Records Act requests, and other correspondence.
That is the official description of the responsibilities of the President.
In a Venice Neighborhood Council (VNC) election, the candidate for President who receives the most votes wins. Only people who live, work, or own property within the VNC area may vote for this Board Office.
