2025 SPEHA Dues Notices Are Out
Dan Beck, the SPEHA Business Manager, will email and mail the Annual Homeowner Dues Statement for the period 01-01-2025 to 12-31-2025 in the next few days.
Membership and dues obligations are provided by the protective covenants and policies of the Southmoor Park East Homeowners Association and attached to the title of your property. Annual dues are assessed on January 1st of each year and are delinquent if unpaid on April 1st of each year.
Pursuant to the June 17, 1965 Homes Association Declaration of Southmoor Park East, the 2022 amended, restated, consolidated declaration and agreement establishing protective covenants in Southmoor Park (Filings No. Two, Three, Four and five), and the 2023 Collection Policy any unpaid assessments shall bear an administration fee from the date when due until paid and may become a lien on the homeowner's property.
We encourage you to pay your dues online through PayPal, with a credit card. Go to the SPEHA Website, click on RESIDENTS, and PAY HOA FEES (https://www.speha.org/pay-hoa-fees-1/). The online app automatically adds a $1.00 convenience fee to your payment. Be aware you do not need to use the $ dollar sign in front of the amount due.
