We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season, and we love seeing all the lights and decorations in the neighborhood. Reminder it's a Colorado tradition to leave your lights up through Stock Show!

Our Southmoor Park East HOA Annual Meeting will be held this year on Wednesday, January 29th, at Southmoor Elementary School, 3755 South Magnolia Way. The meeting will start at 6:00 p.m. and end promptly at 8:00 p.m. Pizza and refreshments will be available for a nice change. First come, first served!


The annual meeting is an excellent opportunity to hear from the Board, community leaders, and other guest speakers, and the election of board members also occurs at this meeting. Your attendance is encouraged and welcomed. See Agenda -- Click Here.


Here is the Southmoor Park East Homeowners Association, Inc. 2025 Proxy for the election of Board members. See Proxy -- Click Here. Only one Proxy per household is needed. Please sign and date the proxy and give it to either Kate Migala (3692 S. Newport Way), Jack Green (7064 E. Jarvis Place), Fred Jorgensen (3818 S. Newport Way), Robert Finkelmeier (3972 S. Olive Street), Casey Funk (3806 S. Magnolia Way), or email it to southmoorpeha@comcast.net, no later than January 29, 2025.


You can still attend the meeting even if you have turned in your proxy. If you do attend, you can change your vote at the meeting.

2025 SPEHA Dues Notices Are Out


Dan Beck, the SPEHA Business Manager, will email and mail the Annual Homeowner Dues Statement for the period 01-01-2025 to 12-31-2025 in the next few days. 


Membership and dues obligations are provided by the protective covenants and policies of the Southmoor Park East Homeowners Association and attached to the title of your property. Annual dues are assessed on January 1st of each year and are delinquent if unpaid on April 1st of each year.


Pursuant to the June 17, 1965 Homes Association Declaration of Southmoor Park East, the 2022 amended, restated, consolidated declaration and agreement establishing protective covenants in Southmoor Park (Filings No. Two, Three, Four and five), and the 2023 Collection Policy any unpaid assessments shall bear an administration fee from the date when due until paid and may become a lien on the homeowner's property.


We encourage you to pay your dues online through PayPal, with a credit card. Go to the SPEHA Website, click on RESIDENTS, and PAY HOA FEES (https://www.speha.org/pay-hoa-fees-1/). The online app automatically adds a $1.00 convenience fee to your payment. Be aware you do not need to use the $ dollar sign in front of the amount due.
