For many years the SPI Chamber has offered the ServSafe Food Managers Certification Class and Basic Food Handling Class for local restaurants, and other businesses that provide food service. The classes are required and meet State and City requirements. Businesses came together May 10-11th for ServSafe Food Managers Certification and May 12th for Basic Food Handling Classes. Chamber members participating in the classes were City of SPI, Cafe on the Beach, D’Pizza Joint and La Copa Inn.
