Story Time at SPL in the Village!

Join Miss Marcia and Miss Lori at SPL in the Village for Story Time! She'll introduce new characters, authors, and illustrators each week.

Join Miss Harta from Sedona Wellness Drumming for a percussion morning in Youth Services at the main Library!

Best for ages 0-5.
Youth Services recently received a Launching School Readiness grant so that we can offer early literacy education with Playaway Launchpads.

Launchpads are devices that teach early literacy skills to children. Reading Academy Launchpads make it fun and easy for kids to jump in at their current reading level and advance from there. Five reading levels are available. Come check one out today!

The project is supported with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS).
Footprints and poop - ew! But how fun!

Join Al Cornell from Verde Valley Search and Rescue to learn all about how to identify animal tracks and scat (poop!) while out in the forest. Al will bring specimens (ew!) to view and to touch with care! You'll learn all about lots of local animals.

All are welcome to this fun and not-so-smelly event!
Julie Mercadante, a Speech Language Pathologist and Feeding Therapist, from Juniper Speech Therapy, provides speech, language, and feeding therapy to children of all ages. Parents and children welcome.
The weather is perfect for StoryWalk at Sunset Park!
