Dear Families,
Welcome Back! I am grateful to experience the Hope and Joy of Easter. Take some time to be thankful for the small blessings that come to us each day.
One would have thought that the construction outside the school would have been completed over our Easter break. Alas, construction continues as we attempt to teach with our windows and doors open. The patience and flexibility shown by teachers and students during this “loud” distraction is amazing.

Updated Travel Guidance: The CDC and ACDPH updated their travel guidance. As we have done all year, we will update our own travel guidance based upon the recommendations of the state and county. The essential changes are as follows:
- Removed the 120 mile limit for in-state travel regardless of vaccine status
- Unvaccinated people: if you travel out of state or beyond, self-quarantine for 7 days if tested/10 days if not.
- Vaccinated people: may travel domestically and internationally without required test or self-quarantine, unless you experience COVID-19 symptoms.
-
CDC recommends delaying travel until fully vaccinated.
