With Tefillos for the release of all of our hostages,

the safe return of all of our chayalim,

a refuah shleimah for all the injured,

a nechama to all the families, and a yeshua for all of Klal Yisrael.

After for than 45 minutes of total questions over several days, the fourth grade boys Bracha Bee, including before and after brachos, finally has a winner and 2 runners up. The class covered over 270 foods!

4th graders use a critical, inferential, or literal lens to analyze the book, Strudel Stories, which tells of a family making strudel while hearing tales of past generations. Then they made strudel!

The kindergarten girls and boys invited grandparents and other special guests to visit their classroom. There, they were treated to hospitality that went beyond, "Would you like a seat and something to eat?" The children did art projects with them. (continued)

They made book marks, necklaces, and more. Then the students sang a few songs. After that each child presented their special guest with a hand-drawn picture and a beautiful beaded necklace. And would you believe they also did tricks like somersaults? Don't forget a festive snack as well!

WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!

The TDSA middle school basketball team, the TDSA Thunder, won the MAAC basketball championship. These boys beautifully exhibited teamwork, good sportsmanship, and true grit. We couldn't be prouder of them. Thank you Coach Chuck Diener for your leadership and to the parents for their support.
