With Tefillos for the release of all of our hostages,
the safe return of all of our chayalim,
a refuah shleimah for all the injured,
a nechama to all the families, and a yeshua for all of Klal Yisrael.
Rabbi Hiller's 2nd grade boys are reviewing perek 16 in Lech Lecha by asking questions in Ivrit about what they learned. The students translate & answer in complete sentences in Hebrew.
In art class, the fourth graders are creating paper mache hearts that will hang in the colorful, art-filled hallways. There's always so much activity in the TDSA art studio!
The 8th graders tackle a variety of questions and concerns during their "Spider Web" activity. Afterwards, they follow up to discuss how the activity progressed. Things don't always proceed as expected.
These young talmidim are immersed in their learning. Second grade boys learn b'chavrusa to practice their reading and translation skills. Soon the boys will be getting their own chumashim to learn from.
