Introducing OnPoint™ OnDemand & Pinpoint : Key Training Tools for FBS and Beyond
Throughout the years our industry has experienced significant change. Product categories have emerged and others have evolved. It is no secret that over the last two decades, the Facilities, Breakroom, and Safety (FBS) Category has risen from merely opportunistic and convenience to decidedly strategic.

One thing that has not changed is the commitment from S.P. Richards to the Independent Dealer. In 2010 we introduced our FBS Business Development Manager strategy. This was specifically designed to create value for our dealer partners by helping them accelerate knowledge and growth in the emerging, attractive FBS category. In 2014, we introduced OnPoint™ Training. This combination classroom/hands-on curriculum offered committed dealers the chance to maximize sales opportunities through a series of live training sessions supported by industry experts.

As the IDC has grown, so has SPR and with that, our capabilities. In that spirit we are excited to announce two new key tools powered by technological advances.

OnPoint™ OnDemand! 

For those of you who have participated in our live OnPoint™ training seminar series, we are utilizing technology to bring OnPoint™ to a laptop near you. OnPoint™ OnDemand will feature key FBS training modules designed for mobile sales professionals to "self-educate" at their convenience. OnPoint™ OnDemand is available 24/7, allowing you to train on your time, without having to wait for a live event.

Pinpoint™ (click here to log in)

Pinpoint™ is an interactive mapping tool that allows the dealer sales rep and end-user to explore selling opportunities in a simulated city across a host of vertical markets. The simulation goes beyond the FBS category to highlight product opportunities in office supplies, furniture, technology and education as well, delivering a full-line training tool and a sales presentation "prep" course to highlight location-specific product needs prior to making a key end user call.

As a first call SPR dealer, you and your sales team will have unique access to this incredible tool, which is sure to drive incremental sales and uncover endless revenue possibilities.
