Robb Smith Named Honorary Lifetime Member

SPFA’s Board of Directors has granted honorary lifetime membership to Robb Smith. 

A passionate advocate for training and education, Robb Smith has dedicated his career to advancing the roofing industry. As a former President of the Roof Consultants Institute (now IIBEC) and a long-time contributor to SPFA as a certified field examiner and Technical Committee member, his work continues to shape the future of our field.

Catch SPFA at the SFWW Carnival & Knowledge Fair

Frank Mortl, Susan Elhindi, and Eddie Canales will be in Minnesota for the SFWW Carnival & Knowledge Fair from August 22nd to 24th! Stop by our table to learn about PCP Certifications, membership specials, and see the latest SPFA merchandise (including a brand-new sticker design). 

Mary Bogden will be in attendance to review the latest regulatory updates. Also, be on the lookout for an introduction to a new SPFA initiative that will transform how we assess the performance of assemblies in our living and working environments!

Now Hiring: Director of Technical Services

SPFA is looking to hire a full-time Director of Technical Services. This position will oversee SPFA’s technical efforts and support key organizational functions, including professional certification, legislative advocacy, membership expansion, and marketing and communications.
