Sound frequencies have the ability to facilitate positive shifts and a sense of wellbeing within the body, mind and spirit - and using our own voice as a healing tool is an effective, empowering way to create balance. From a relaxed state, participants are guided through a meditative practice of vocal toning based on yogic and contemporary sound healing traditions. An awareness of sound in the body is created as deep feelings of peace and inner connection arise. No vocal experience necessary!
Ann-Maree is an Antigravity Aerial Yoga instructor with an enthusiastic and fun style of teaching. She was introduced to the modality whilst completing her specialist medical training as an Anaesthetist.
Her classes are fun, accessible and safe as she is able to apply her knowledge of anatomy and physiology to her teaching.
Ann-Maree's aim is to get as many people to experience aerial yoga as possible. She loves seeing the students transform in her class and leave uplifted and joyful.
