The unprecedented nature and rapid spread of COVID-19 has exposed critical risks in our local economy as well as our systems of health care and education.
As we approach the 12-month mark of this prolonged crisis, United Way of Miami-Dade is conducting a Pandemic Impact Survey to measure how Miami-Dade households have been affected by the pandemic and to assess the financial and emotional burdens on our community’s families. The survey aims to collect responses from a wide range of households and income levels, as well as, small business owners.
Completing this survey should take no more than 10-15 minutes and is available in English, Spanish, and Creole – select language from the dropdown menu at the top right. Responses will provide community leaders critical insight about local challenges and identify long-term recovery needs, and inform how best to adapt services to support those in need as well as assist our planning for future investments. Responses are confidential. If you have questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
