Grace Mynamar Church
will not negotiate
a Parking Space lease with MWC.

This long-term process
settled this week.

MWC has leased space for 24 years.


The City of Phoenix allows street parking

Please follow these Guidelines


  • The MWC WEST SIDE of 3rd Avenue is the DropOff and PickUp Lane.

  • Per the City of Phoenix, the EAST SIDE side of 3rd Avenue
can be used for waiting and/or parking when necessary.

  • The Blue Awning Parking Spaces are STAFF ONLY.

  • DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN RUN ACROSS 3rd AVENUE TO YOUR CAR.

  • Our "Slow Children" Signage
