Usage and Storage of Grills and Outdoor Furniture
1. Grills must be maintained in good condition and marked with the apartment number of the owner.
2. Grill owners must maintain renters’ insurance with SnyderPark Village named as additional insured interest.
3. Grills may not be used in front of any building and may only be used at the rear of the building at a minimum of 10 feet from any building.
4. A fire extinguisher must be present any time the grill is in use.
5. When not in use, grills must be stored against the back of the building with the propane tank disconnected.
6. At no time should charcoal, ash, grease, drippings, or food debris be dumped in the grass.
7. Charcoal/ash should be doused with water and once thoroughly extinguished, should be taken to the dumpsters
8. At no time can a propane tank be stored inside the building or storage locker.
9. Fire pits may not be used at any time.
1. Only furniture designed to be used outdoors may be used outdoors.
2. Upholstered furniture designed for inside use may not be used outdoors at any time.
3. Outdoor furniture may be used in the green space when in use only. Unattended furniture may be picked up and disposed of at the direction of management.
4. Outdoor tables must be used at the back of the building at all times.
5. Outdoor Furniture may not block or obstruct the sidewalks.
6. When not in use, outdoor furniture must be stored inside the assigned storage locker or inside the apartment.
