Rights and Responsibilities
Being a baptized and confirmed Catholic is an amazing gift - but did you know that with great graces also come great responsibilities?

Dear Msgr. Schooler,

Happy new year. There is a lot to be thankful for the past year. More particularly, I want to sincerely thank the people of St. Pius for the very generous contribution to my mission appeal done on my behalf by your Pastor, Msgr. Schooler, I have decided to use this contribution to rebuild our out station grade school which has been in a very sorry state. This is the grade school I have in the out station of my Parish. As you can see in the pictures, the buildings are in a very sorry state. There are the buildings our kids use for their schooling. For a long time I have been praying to the Lord to enable me do something to this rural grade school.

I mentioned it to my long time friend, your Pastor Msgr. William Schooler and how I wished to use this very generous contribution to restructure these buildings for our kids. I want to use this donation towards these dilapidated buildings. I know the donation will go a long way. Maybe the people will be able to come up with whatever is left to complete the building. Though this will be difficult due to the financial constriction the coronavirus left them in. The Lord will use people like you to complete the project. He has always come to my rescue with other projects.

Once again, a BIG THANK YOU and happy new year. There is nothing more I can do except to wish you God's blessings and happiness to you families. Take care.

Msgr. Larry
