SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY — The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) alerts the public that Fawnskin Maintenance crews will be conducting a crack sealing operation on State Route 38 (SR-38) in Big Bear.  Weather permitting.

This operation will be performed on Friday, August 21st from 8:45 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Crews will be conducting one-way flagging between Stanfield Cutoff and Division Drive, in order for crews to safely and effectively conduct crack sealing tasks.

Please reduce your speed when near work areas for the safety of crews and other drivers on the route. Signage will be placed ahead to indicate approaching roadway work. CHP will be present to assist with traffic control.
