SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY — The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) alerts the public that Fawnskin Maintenance crews will be conducting a pavement overlay operation on State Route 38 (SR-38) in Big Bear. Weather permitting.

This operation will be performed on Monday, August 10 from 8:45 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. The planned work will require one-way flagging control from Bluebill Drive to Shore Drive. Crews will be repairing a small section of the roadway to mitigate safety concerns to the traveling public.



Please reduce your speed when near work areas for the safety of crews and other drivers on the route. Signage will be placed ahead to indicate approaching roadway work.
