Good Afternoon Rowers and Parents;
We are officially a week out from regionals and could not be more excited to be sending 132 athletes down the course next weekend! As we come into the final stretch I wanted to reach out with as many details as I can right now and will update you all if necessary next week. Please read this email carefully and reach out with any questions you may have after.
ITINERARY
Below is the preliminary itinerary for the two teams. I have made a separate one of the girls and boys due to the fact that there are so many races and it would get overwhelming to look at it all on one. The race schedule is bound to change between now and next week so be on the lookout for an updated version on this.

BUS SCHEDULE
The bus will be at Marymoor Park Lot K @ 10:30 AM on Thursday, 5/19 with a set departure time of 11 AM. Please arrive at 10:30 AM to ensure that we have everybody there and so that we can all help load the food trailer. Upon return on Sunday, 5/22 the coaches will send out a text notifying when the buses should be back but we are predicting a 7:30 PM arrival at Marymoor.
All athletes are required to ride the bus there and back. The only exception is academic conflicts and if an athlete has one, they need to talk to their coach ASAP. We must know about all conflicts no later than Monday.
VENUE INFORMATION
All racing will take place at Vancouver Lake Regional Park. Parking fees are $2 for motorcycles, $3 for cars, $6 for cars with trailers. Please have CASH ready, or pay in advance on the parking app. 2-Day and 3-Day passes will be available for Sale on Friday and Saturday for $6 or $9. There are NO DOGS ALLOWED at the park. This rule is strictly enforced and individuals will be asked to leave if you have a dog.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Volunteering is a great way for parents and athletes to support their teams while getting a front row seat to the action. We are looking for four volunteers to help out with regatta set up on Friday morning. If you are interested in this please sign up at the link below.

HOTEL ROOMS
We have 9 extra hotel rooms (8 kings and 1 double) that we are looking to sell to those who need a place to stay for the regatta. The total would be $729 for 3 nights. If you have yet to book a room down in Vancouver please reach out to me directly at lizzie.mitchell@srarowing.com.
REGATTA COST
The final cost for the regatta will be $504/athlete. You will be billed through Active. We have scholarship funds available and you can find this information here. If you have any questions about the cost please reach out to Mark Davis at director@srarowing.com.
