You may have heard about our new member management system - the largest single technological undertaking in the history of Saskatchewan real estate! Well, it's now here, in BETA, and we're excited to tell you about it!
REALTOR® Connect is more than a website, more than a membership database, more than an accounting system - it's an opportunity to bring your business into one central location, and allow three associations: the Association of Saskatchewan REALTORS®, the Association of Regina REALTORS® Inc. and Saskatoon Region Association of REALTORS®, to work together to provide better service and solutions to you - our
members.
REALTOR® Connect has so many great features, it would be impossible to explain them all! To give you an idea of what's in store:
REALTOR® Connect will give you access to your associations' information - complete, relevant and real-time - anywhere, any time, any device.
REALTOR® Connect will simplify the way you search, track and provide information to us.
REALTOR® Connect will save you time and give you peace of mind - you'll only need to provide information once and you can be sure it's reached your local, provincial and national associations, as well as
MATRIX™ and Supra.
REALTOR® Connect will give you an opportunity to engage with your association, with fellow REALTORS®, and with committees and boards.
REALTOR® Connect will organize your associations' activity - provide you easy access to receipts, up-to-date billing information, a calendar of upcoming events, reminders for requirements like CPD, and more!
REALTOR® Connect will help you organize your business by offering MLS® System activity tracking, REALTOR® Open House display, member and company rosters.
REALTOR® Connect will make purchases fast and effective - with online ordering for just about everything you need! Lock boxes, event and course registrations...you name it!

STEP 1:
Visit our website and check it out! Take a look around and see a new, updated and improved public website.
STEP 2: Login. How, you ask? Simple! Click on the Sign In link at the top right hand side of the page. Use your Martrix™ / REALTOR Link® login - it's a single sign on, so that means that you log in once, and you'll have access to Matrix™, REALTOR Link®, REALTOR® Connect and more - plus no new passwords to remember! If you are already logged into Matrix™ / REALTOR Link®, you won't need to re-enter your credentials.
STEP 3: Familiarize yourself with the website...here are a few tips to get you started!
Your member portal will be your go to for all things related to you and your association business! To get there, click on "My Profile" once you're logged in. Some of the features you'll find in your member portal include:
- Education - any courses you're currently enrolled in, including CPD
- Financial - any association fees or dues, paid or payable, and the ability to print receipts
- Supra - your lock box inventory
- REALTOR® Open Houses
- Edit Profile - the ability to update your personal information, including photo and contact information. When you update your information here, it automatically updates to Matrix™, Supra and REALTOR.ca as well!
- Events - this provides you with a list of all events hosted by ASR and SRAR.
You will need to login before you are able to sign up for any event or course. But don't worry - it's easy! Remember to simply use your Matrix™ / REALTOR Link® login and password. Watch the ten minute recorded webinar below to learn more!
