Student Risk Screening Scale (SRSS-IE) Coordinator Training
The Student Risk Screening Scale Internalizing and Externalizing (SRSS-IE) is a universal screening tool used three times a year to identify students who are at risk for challenging behaviors. Educators use the data to design supports needed for students to be academically successful in school. This screening tool consists of eleven (secondary) to twelve (elementary) items that teachers use to rate their classroom of students based on the teacher’s current knowledge with clear evidence of each individual student’s behavior.

Who Should Attend
Individuals interested in becoming Student Risk Screening Scale Internalizing and Externalizing (SRSS-IE) Coordinators
The prework below must be completed prior to the training.

Review the SRSS-IE Job Description (10 minutes)
Preview the elementary and secondary versions of the SRSS-IE in Google (10 minutes)
Complete the Verification of Pre-Work form (5-10 minutes)

If you have never registered for an event in our online registration system you will need to
first create a user account.
Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing important event information. Please read it carefully. If you do not receive a registration confirmation, please email the Event Contact.
Event Cancellation: MiMTSS TA Center may cancel any training that does not have at least 10 people registered. In this case, we would refund the registration fee, if any, to the participant or his/her employer.
