Organic Mondays

Mondays is a Zurich-based sustainable femcare brand founded in 2018 by Elisabeth Dewey (Swedish-Swiss) and Nancy Saddington (British-Swiss). Mondays works primarily with companies to improve the employee experience and demonstrate a tangible commitment to their ESG goals, by addressing a long overseen gender data gap in the workplace : menstrual health and dignity.

Mondays helps clients build a better workplace for the future by ensuring that employees have access to plastic-free, organic period products where and when they need them—thus improving employee engagement, productivity and wellbeing in a simple, practical and powerful way.
