As we wrap up the fall semester, I would like to take a moment to thank our faculty, staff, students, and partners who have worked tirelessly to deliver on our mission and ASU's Charter. With more than 1,700 students enrolled, nearly $20M in research expenditures, about 80 instructional and research faculty, and a little over 60 support staff, the School of Sustainable Engineering and the Built Environment is creating a new generation of thinkers and doers, advancing knowledge & discovery in impactful ways, and engineering a sustainable and equitable future for all. Our work entails challenging the status quo and harnessing the power of big data and rapidly evolving technologies to identify new and innovative solutions to trans-disciplinary grand challenges.
