Wellington, Florida - The unique SSG Riding Gloves 'Go Clean for the Green' promotion returns to the 2014 FTI Consulting Winter Equestrian Festival, offering $60,000 in bonus money to riders throughout the 12-week competition running January 8 through March 30 in Wellington, FL.

Based on the overwhelming success of the innovative sponsorship promotion, SSG Riding Gloves will once again offer bonus money in the weekly WEF Challenge Cup Series, the Amateur-Owner Jumper High Classic and the Junior Jumper High Classic competitions. If the winning rider in any of these three competitions is wearing SSG 'Digital' style gloves with the SSG horse head logo clearly visible on the wrist, they will be presented with a cash bonus during the awards presentation.

SSG Riding Gloves will once again offer $60,000 in bonus money through its 'Go Clean for the Green' promotion at the 2014 FTI Consulting Winter Equestrian Festival.

For the weekly Ruby et Violette WEF Challenge Cup Series held each Thursday, a $3,000 cash bonus will be awarded to the winning rider if they wear SSG 'Digital' style riding gloves with the SSG horse head logo clearly visible in the first round of competition and subsequent jump-off.

For the weekly Sleepy P Ranch High Junior Jumper Classic and the weekly Engel & Vlkers, Sollak, Carr High Amateur-Owner Jumper Classic, a bonus of $1,000 will be awarded to the winning rider if they wear SSG 'Digital' style riding gloves with the SSG horse head logo clearly visible in the first round of competition and subsequent jump-off.

"The concept of rewarding the riders with a cash bonus was something that I felt would be interesting for the sport of show jumping, and the 12-week FTI Consulting Winter Equestrian Festival provided the perfect venue to execute it," said Ed James, President of SSG Gloves. "The 'Go Clean for the Green' promotional bonus is contingent on the riders wearing our product, and we hope that those who participate will enjoy being rewarded for their loyalty."

Cash bonuses will be given directly to the winning rider during the awards presentation in front of the SSG Riding Gloves signature jump by Ed James and/or SSG 'Go Clean for the Green' promotion manager Jennifer Ward of Starting Gate Communications Inc.

"In developing a sponsorship program for our client, SSG Gloves, we wanted to take an innovative approach," said Jennifer Ward, President of Starting Gate Communications Inc. "To our knowledge, an incentive promotion had never been done before in equestrian sport, and the concept has proven to be wildly successful. In addition to rewarding competitors for their loyalty to the SSG brand, the 'Go Clean for the Green' promotion has added a fun new dynamic to the sport."

SSG 'Digital' Riding Gloves are available for purchase at numerous Wellington locations, including Tackeria, as well as on-site at the FTI Consulting Winter Equestrian Festival show grounds at various retailers including Running Fox.
