Howdy SSHS Families!
Yeehaw!!! The SSHS PA invites you to come square dance the night away at our first ever Family Hoedown! There will be live music, crafts, food, a 50/50 raffle and lots of fun for all! Please see below for all necessary details and make sure to come dressed in your Country Western best!
When: Friday, September 30th 6-8:30pm
Where: SSHS Auditorium
Menu: Hot Dogs, Southwestern Corn Salad, S'mores Chocolate Pudding and more!
Pricing: $20 per adult, $15 per child, children under 2 are free

IMPORTANT INFO: As this is a first come, first serve event you will be notified via a PA email (within 24 hrs of submitting a form) if you have a confirmed spot. The Google Form confirmation email does not mean you have a spot, it just confirms we have recieved your form. After receiving a confirmation email from the PA you have until September 23rd to submit your payment (cash or check) to Mrs. Rodriguez. Please put payment in a sealed envelope labeled with name and "Hoedown" and send in with your student. Checks should be made payable to the SSHS Parents Association. If payment is not received by September 23rd your spot may be given up to another family.
Please note, there will be no physical tickets for this event, your name and number of tickets purchased will be on a list at the door.
