APTA VA Fall Summit - Registration Reimbursement Lottery
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who showed their support for the APTA VA Student SIG by either purchasing a t-shirt, donating, or sharing information about the t-shirt fundraiser. Thanks to you, we raised over $1200, which will be put towards supporting PT/PTA students interested in attending the upcoming APTA VA Fall Summit!
The APTA VA Fall Summit will be held virtually on
November 5, 2021 - November 6, 2021. Please fill out the following form if you are interested in being entered in a lottery to receive a full reimbursement for the registration cost of the Fall Summit (excluding the PAC trivia event).
All entries are due by Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at 11:59 PM.
Lottery winners will be notified by Friday, October 22, 2021.
