Chicago Housing Trust Orientation & Condo Training Sessions

Chicago Housing Trust offers orientations remotely via Zoom in tandem with the Condominium Training. Click the button below to register.

Many nonprofit Housing Counseling Agencies are also offering their Home Buyer Education classes virtually at no cost to participants. Check with each agency for more details. 

There also are two different Home Buyer Education courses offered virtually on demand, but for a fee. You can register for either at eHome America or Framework.

There are Chicago Housing Trust units located in 21 different wards across the City. If you are unsure of which Ward you live in, or if you need the address and phone number for your Alderperson, go to Find your Ward & Alderperson and enter your address to find the location and phone number for your Alderperson.
