Please know that all classes are running this Saturday, February 9. The following Saturday, February 16, there are NO classes due to the Family Day weekend.

Please note:  The Kiwanis Music Festival Registration deadline has now passed, but late entries may still be accepted in extenuating circumstances by submitting the 2019 Paper Application Form.  Please contact Festival Coordinator, Heather Fleming for special consideration at .  The Paper Application Form can be downloaded from the Registration Page on the website at
An additional $3 paper handling fee and a $10 late fee will be charged.  Forms and fees can be left in the SSSG file folder beside room 106 marked Fleming.

Join hosts Trevor Chandler of Starguide Planetarium and Helga Sonnenberg of EcoReg Solutions on behalf of the Suzuki String School of Guelph and the Guelph Youth Dance Co. Spain Fundraising Committee.

Come and experience the beauty and wonders of the night sky on this personally guided tour of planets, moons, constellations, and our home galaxy inside a digital planetarium star theatre-and help send our talented young stars to Spain!

Kiwanis Music Festival of Guelph's Gala Concert gala

The Kiwanis Music Festival of Guelph is hosting its annual Gala Concert on Saturday, February 9th at 7:00pm at the Guelph Youth Music Centre. A variety of local professionals and stellar students will be donating their time and talents for your listening pleasure. Some of the performers include our very own Cellist, Sandy Kiefer, aka Ms. K., along with Oboist, David Vanbiesbrouck, as well as the stellar young chamber group Vera Golubitsky, Natasha Cook, and Isaac Xing! Our own Laura and Bennett Fleming will also be presenting the famous Abbott & Costello's Who's on First!  This elegant evening will feature a delightfully eclectic concert as well as a silent auction, live auction, draw prizes, and a host of tantalizing hors d'oeuvres, desserts and drinks. There will even be a chocolate fountain! Wine and beer available for $5 a glass. Only 180 tickets available. Advance ticket purchase is recommended. Gala Tickets: $25-Adults/$5-Students.
