Hello all,

Please know that there are Group classes this Saturday, March 7 but then not on Saturday March 14 or 21 due to March break. 

Those who have Pre paid monthly grocery cards, Please remember to pick them up this Saturday!

We are in the middle of flue season. Here are some reminders to reduce risk of infection and spreading infection to others:
  • wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands
  • stay home if you are sick
  • when coughing or sneezing:
    • cover your mouth and nose with your arm or tissues to reduce the spread of germs
    • immediately dispose of any tissues you have used into the garbage as soon as possible and wash your hands afterwards
Please be sure to remind your children about these important guidelines.
