CAPS Group Counseling

Groups are typically made up of a small number of students who meet with a counselor for a one-hour session. This helps create a supportive space to examine your feelings and get support from other students. Examples of groups being offered are:

• Alcohol and Other Drugs

• Black Women’s Support

• LGBTQ*

• Latin Student Support

• Emotion Regulation and Coping

• Anxiety Toolbox
