VOLCANO UPDATE FROM OUR
SISTER PARISH IN GUATEMALA
Thank you to everyone who has inquired about our sister parish in Guatemala following the eruption of the Fuego Volcano in Guatemala last Sunday. Although some ash fell in the area of our sister parish, the volcano itself is not close enough to have caused any damage there. Masks are being distributed in front of Our Lord of Esqu ipulas! The youth dimension of the parish is visiting homes and collecting supplies or money to buy nonperishable food, bottled water and toiletries. Teachers are collecting groceries and the Ministry of Education is using its vehicles to deliver items to shelters.
