Be Unique - Be a Leader - Be Aquinas

Principal's Post

A lovely evening was had by all at the Homecoming Dance on Saturday evening. Trever Tesch and Katie Heistand were crowned King and Queen. I think that the students made great choices for king and queen, we are very fortunate to have so many students in the senior class that would also be worthy. Many students and parents also enjoyed Friday evening during a reception hosted by the parents of the court. In addition to the great fellowship, we enjoyed listening to the Indians come back to beat the Yankees.

STA is holding the Jackpot Raffle this month. The winning ticket will be pulled at the home football game on October 27th. Please support STA by purchasing and/or selling tickets to this raffle. The winning ticket holder will receive $5,000.

Today’s Letter from St. Paul to the Philippians causes me to reflect upon what we strive to teach our students at St. Thomas Aquinas.

“Whatever is true, whatever is honorable,
whatever is just, whatever is pure,
whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious,
if there is any excellence
and if there is anything worthy of praise,
think about these things.”

St. Paul also writes, “Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God.”

So, please continue to pray for God’s will to be done at St. Thomas Aquinas High School and Middle School as we strive to fulfill what St. Paul wrote to the Philippians.

Have a great Aquinas week!

St. Thomas Aquinas, pray for us.

Ways to Support STA
St Thomas Aquinas High School is partnering with Schoola ( ).

What’s Schoola? It’s a great way to raise funds for our school. Schoola collects pre-loved women's and children’s clothes, preps and sells them online, and gives 40% of the proceeds (minus the cost of inbound shipping) back to St Thomas Aquinas High School to help fund programs for our kids. That’s $2 out of every $5 earned back to our school! Simply click on the image to view our very own Schoola landing page where you can request a bag and view our progress and funds earned

The AmazonSmile Foundation will donate 0.5% of the price of eligible purchases to St. Thomas Aquinas High School & Middle School to help fund programs for our students. Every little bit counts, donations quickly add up.

It's easy! Type and log into your account. Select St. Thomas Aquinas High School (yes the Middle School benefits too!), Louisville, OH. That's it. Now whenever you make a purchase STA benefits.

Thank you for your support!

Don't forget to forward this to your family and friends! And encourage them to  sign up  to receive their own copy of this email blast.
