Be Unique - Be a Leader - Be Aquinas
Knightly News - September 24, 2017
Principal's Post

The St. Thomas Aquinas Hall of Fame Banquet will take place on Saturday, September 30th in the STA gym. We have several great inductees. If you would like to attend, please contact Christie Barnett in the STA office for tickets. The phone number for the office is (330) 875-1631. Also, we will honor the inductees at halftime of the STA football game this Friday. So come out to the game.

I have attached another video that sheds light on today’s gospel. Specifically, we all need to focus on how much God has blessed each one of us, and not compare our blessings to those of others. One blessing that I have been given is to be part of the St. Thomas Aquinas family. We have great students, parents, faculty, and staff at our school.

Please continue to pray for God’s will to be done at St. Thomas Aquinas High School and Middle School.

Have a great Aquinas week!

St. Thomas Aquinas, pray for us.
Principal Schlueter

Taking a look in the Art 1 Classroom
Students looked at abstract art and specifically the work of Jackson Pollock. Students used drip painting technique in tempera to form the abstract painting. The students had fun, enjoyed having class outside and managed to keep paint off their clothes! Their art pieces are on display inside the school.

Ways to Support STA
St Thomas Aquinas High School is partnering with Schoola ( ).

What’s Schoola? It’s a great way to raise funds for our school. Schoola collects pre-loved women's and children’s clothes, preps and sells them online, and gives 40% of the proceeds (minus the cost of inbound shipping) back to St Thomas Aquinas High School to help fund programs for our kids. That’s $2 out of every $5 earned back to our school! Simply click on the image to view our very own Schoola landing page where you can request a bag and view our progress and funds earned

The AmazonSmile Foundation will donate 0.5% of the price of eligible purchases to St. Thomas Aquinas High School & Middle School to help fund programs for our students. Every little bit counts, donations quickly add up.

It's easy! Type and log into your account. Select St. Thomas Aquinas High School (yes the Middle School benefits too!), Louisville, OH. That's it. Now whenever you make a purchase STA benefits.

Thank you for your support!

Don't forget to forward this to your family and friends! And encourage them to  sign up  to receive their own copy of this email blast.
