Learn more about the Employee Emergency Fund (EEF) Program

The EEF program was established to provide financial assistance to employees who experience a financial hardship due to an emergency situation. It is funded by voluntary donations provided by STA employees and any entities or individuals who want to assist STA employees facing unexpected financial challenges.

Full-time employees are eligible to request funds from the EEF after completing six months of employment. An employee may not designate to whom they wish to donate. Employees may donate to the EEF through cash, check, or via PTO donations.
