In the midst of all this and with gratitude to Jim Nawoichyk '89, we are proud to welcome back Rockland County Sheriff's Office Mounted Unit - These beautiful regal and poised horses will make us all swoon!
As a reminder STAC Springs to Life: An Earth Day Celebration is a half-day event, which will serve as a fun environment to celebrate our planet and learn how to be better environmental stewards. Our celebration is intended to be a warm and welcoming, informational, educational, and fun event for people of all ages and varying interests.
We have designed four different spaces at the event, with a little something for everyone:

Discovery World - full of local environmental organizations, sustainability projects, and local sustainably-minded vendors.

Flora and Fauna - an area with nature-themed activities and a chance to learn more about local wildlife.

Tinkerland - featuring hands-on activities such as building insect hotels and planting trees.

The Pantry - where you can touch, taste, and see locally sourced produce and enjoy food and beverage from local vendors.
