This 6-month workforce professional development webinar series is coming to a close this week with a session on understanding HR Metrics. We've been joined throughout the series by PCA and HCCN teams to hear from peers and experts in the field on a variety of workforce topics. We're on the Road Again!

The STAR² Center team just can't wait to get on the road again! First up, we're headed to Arizona for this week's Recruitment & Retention Conference. We hope you'll join us in Scottsdale on April 4-5 as Suzanne Speer serves as a guest speaker at this year's conference,  Hiring and Engaging Arizona's Healthcare Heroes. Join our colleagues at the HITEQ Center for this upcoming webinar on April 23, 2019 from 3:00-4:00pm EST. Building on the HITEQ Center's previous webinars that introduced an Analytic Capability Assessment, building a roadmap for action and using data governance to maximize the value of data, the third webinar in this series explores how to grow and sustain these efforts. The STAR² Center is back with a new webinar series on one of the most pressing topics facing health centers: burnout. This series will feature speakers that are on the front lines of this issue and will address topics such as team-based care and the role of provider satisfaction, clinician experience and how the physical set up of a space contributes to provider satisfaction and reduces burnout.
