Williston Economic Development - The Williston City Commission has allocated up to $297,000 in Williston STAR Fund incentives in December. The projects include one Flex PACE Interest Buydown grant and one Community Build grant. The Flex PACE grant will help Realty One Group Caliber purchase the building they currently lease at 1418 2^nd Avenue West. The buydown is for $47,000. News Release - North Dakota’s eight commercial service airports posted 83,429 airline passenger boardings during the recent month of November. This amounts to a 95% increase from November 2020 and a 12.5% decrease from the November 2019 pre-pandemic airline boarding counts.
