Good Afternoon RES I Homeowners,

We would like to provide an update regarding the recent pool closures issued by the Riverside County Department of Public Health. Several pools throughout the community were temporarily closed for compliance-related issues. All required corrections have been completed by the HOA’s contractor with support from the Maintenance Department.

The Health Department inspector returned to the community and reviewed the majority of the pools that had been previously closed. At this time, five pools remain pending inspection: 5A, 13A, 1A, 2A, and 8A. These pools are scheduled for inspection on Monday, and will reopen once the County grants approval.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore full access to the community’s amenities.
