The United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia granted a stay on implementation of the final rule on loan officer compensation.
The FRB will file a response by Monday, April 4, 2011. NAIHP and NAMB will file a reply to the FRB's response by Tuesday, April 5, 2011.
The stay delays the enforcement date of the TILA loan origination compensation rule which was to take effect today, Friday, April 1, 2011.
