According to a report by JLL, the Texas retail market is thriving, with strong demand from investors and retailers alike. The report shows that the retail market in Texas saw an 8.4 percent increase in investment sales volume in 2020, with a total of $4.2 billion invested in the state's retail properties.

TREPAC Night at the Missions Game
Come out to the ballpark on Friday, May 12 to support TREPAC and cheer on the San Antonio Missions as they play host to the Corpus Christi Hooks. The event will be on The San Antonio Missions Fiesta Deck, which is an all-inclusive, private, multi-level deck at Wolff Stadium. Tickets are $40 for adults and $20 for kids 12 and under. Each ticket purchase will include all-you-can-eat hamburgers, hot dogs, beef and chicken fajitas, and nacho bar. Plus, snack on popcorn, cookies, and chips and salsa throughout the game.

Applications Open for Texas REALTORS® Commercial TREPAC Trustee
Are you interested in taking on a leadership role in your real estate career? Apply today to become a Texas REALTORS® Commercial TREPAC Trustee. The TREPAC Trustees are dedicated volunteers from the association membership that recognize the importance of the PAC. This position will lead others to help raise as much money as possible and help educate members about why TREPAC is vital to us and our industry.
Candidates should fill out and review the following information making sure to include the local association’s endorsement on the candidate profile and return no later than May 20, 2023 to [email protected].
