St. Louis Programming
The spring semester in St. Louis has been full of great GGO programming! Kairos Academies students had an outdoor adventure trip to Shaw Nature Reserve where they explored forest and wetland ecosystems. Our super scientists used their powers of observation and played fun games to learn about adaptations, habitats, and wildlife!
Stay tuned for more information on our upcoming St. Louis fundraiser, the Brain Teaser Bash! Get ready for a day full of fun at this STEAM puzzle race through Tower Grove Park!
Volunteer Highlight:
Superstar GGO volunteer Westin is a junior at St. Louis University who started volunteering with GGO after learning about our mission and how he could help teach children about the environment. “When I was the students’ age, there were not a lot of opportunities to learn about the outdoors, so I love that there is this program for them.” says Westin. When he is not volunteering he enjoys riding his bike through the city and fishing. Thank you Westin!
Thank you for your continued support for GGO!
