As we welcome in November and the return of crisp weather the Hub is holdong space to acknowledge and celebrate the contributions to STEM and society by the Indigenous peoples of North America during Native American Heritage Month


On an academic note, we invite our middle school math educators to join us in a new math tutoring initiative called Khanmigo. Khanmigo utilizes AI to provide meaningful tailored math instruction to students based on their individual needs with the goal of helping students excel in data reasoning and grade-level content. We’re working for student success, so don’t miss your opportunity to join this year’s programming! Sign up for the Khanmigo pilot program.

Tides of Representation: LGBTQ+ Underwater Cinematography


Nova West (They/Them) is an up-and-coming filmmaker, photographer, and visual artist. Nova's career has been working in the oceanography/marine sciences industry as an expedition documentarian and an independent filmmaker focusing on LGBTQIA representation in science and marine science advocacy topics through beautifully compelling imagery that is sure to inspire.
