March STEM Meeting Notes & Resources
The March meeting was focused on all things resources! Many resources were shared between NASA, Click2ComputerScience, Click2Engineering, PYD Academy and lots more! Check out these resources below!
Bree Oatman shared about the Teen Science Cafe Network and planning of events for teens in your area.

These are events planned by teens for teens to showcase different areas of STEM and brings in guest speakers for teens to make connections with professionals.
Jordan with Project Invent shared with us about the Project Invent program where trained facilitators to promote the process of invention and design thinking.

Student groups identify a problem in their community and design a solution and develop prototypes for the solution. At the end of the program year, groups present at Demo Days for awards.
STEM Working Group Brainstorming Board
We have created a collaborative Trello Board for everyone to post ideas or gain ideas from in different areas such as curriculum, reading material, grab and go ideas, and much more! Check out the board in the link below. Note: You will need to create a Trello account to be able to view and participate in the collaboration board.
Discover 4-H Curriculum
Utah State University publishes a wide variety of curriculum for free! Resources from sewing, to animal science, to crime & spy science area available for download. You may even find a wizard or 2.
4-H At Home Curriculum
National 4-H Council has been developing a suite of hands-on activities for kids! These are great activities to incorporate into programming at any age.

Many are able to be used together and can even be great curriculum for day camp programming.
