Student Scholarships Available!
Lockheed Martin STEM Scholarship
Lockheed Martin has launched a new scholarship program to provide opportunities to students who want to build their talents and change the world! Beginning in 2019, they are awarding 200 scholarships of $10,000 per student – renewable each year.  The application period opens on January 15, 2019. Click here to learn more.

Davidson Fellows Scholarship
This scholarship awards $50,000, $25,000 and $10,000 scholarships to extraordinary students who have completed a significant piece of work. Application categories include science, technology, engineering, & mathematics.
Applications are currently being accepted and the deadline is February 13, 2019. Click here to learn more.

Learning Teams are off to a great start- it's not too late to join!
Our Community Lead's Learning Teams are up and running and it's not too late to join! Teams work together throughout the year to provide peer to peer support. Connect PLTW teachers around the state as they share best practices and tips, swap resources, and celebrate successes. To learn more, click here

Lead Launch Teacher Training
There are two upcoming online training sessions to be trained as a Lead Launch Teacher. Each course meets bi-weekly for 5 sessions.

PLTW Teacher Grad Credit Opportunity
PLTW Teachers: You may be able to earn graduate school for your PLTW training depending on what courses you've been trained in. To learn more about this opportunity, click here .

At Plymouth South High School students in Dr. Meade's Biomedical Innovations class acknowledge the hard work they have put into the college application process by recording all the colleges and universities they have applied to. We can't wait to see where everyone ends up and hope to celebrate some at STEM Signing Day!

Student Gallery
Mass STEM Hub is seeking photos of exemplar PLTW student work to showcase on our website. The Student Work Gallery will be a place where we can showcase student work from PLTW classes for other educators, as well as industry professionals.

If you have photos or videos of student work that you would like to share, please email them to fmcduffie@mass-stemhub.org with a brief description of what the photo shows. Please include: PLTW Course, Unit, Lesson, and Grade.

We look forward to seeing the wonderful work your students are doing every day!
Transportation Grants
Need funding for field trip transportation?

Below are various grant opportunities for bus funding that can be used to attend Mass STEM Hub events.
Big Yellow School Bus $250 grant to be used during the 2018-2019 school year.
3D Printing Grant - High School level only
Looking to make 3D printing a part of your classroom but don't have the funds?

Formlabs is accepting applications, on rolling basis, for 3D printing Form 2 Basic Education Package. Package includes: f orm 2 3D printer, finish kit, resin tank, build platform, one year warranty, 1L standard resin.
